The event was witnessed by YB Senator Datuk Dr. Zulkifli Al-Bakri, the Minister in Prime Minister Department (Religious Affairs).

MIAS – Majlis Dakwah Negara International Affairs Secretariat – is established within Majlis Dakwah Negara (MDN – National Dakwah Council) on 19 September 2018. While MDN is an NGO under the guardianship of Yayasan Dakwah Islamiah Malaysia (YADIM – Islamic Dakwah Foundation Malaysia), this collaboration is their pioneer effort to effectively engage in community and charity fields in a synergic approach.

MIAS has developed active relations and excellent reputation with local as well as foreign government agencies and NGOs. They are respected for their capabilities, knowledge and high degree of integrity. MIAS hold strong influence that would enable supports or contributions in terms of project funding and related resources.

Pertubuhan Himpunan Lepasan Institusi Pendidikan Malaysia (HALUAN – Organization of Graduates of Educational Institutions Malaysia) is an NGO established on 26 September 1989. As an organisation that have project implementations in every state in Malaysia as well as 25 countries, HALUAN possess expertise in various profesional fields that covers all requirements within the scope of GCINP. Its members have valueable local and international charity work experience.

As such, HALUAN has developed strong relations with various local and international bodies or organisations.
